Mid-2024, the Guam National Tennis Federation Board of Directors completed a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis and thanks to all of you that answered our membership and stakeholder surveys, were able to complete an environmental scale of our organization and the needs of the tennis community. From that, the GNTF Board met for two strategic plan sessions to complete a five year strategic plan. The devil is in the details to complete such an incredible plan. The GNTF Board of Directors has a detailed dashboard of a plan laid out to complete the Strategic Plan. Thank you all for your participation in the surveys to help guide us to this plan.
